CIF is an ESFA funded annual bidding process allowing successful academies to fund urgent condition and premises improvement projects, ensuring a safe, compliant and positive learning environment.

Eligibility

Stand-alone Academies or Voluntary Aided School(s) in a multi-academy trust (MAT) with fewer than 5 schools or fewer than 3,000 pupils as counted in the Spring census will be eligible to apply for the Condition Improvement Fund (CIF).

If your institution’s numbers exceed the above then you will be eligible for School Condition Allocations (SCA) funding, please contact us to see how we can help you deploy this money where your Estate needs it the most.
